Beare Green Village Hall. Merebank, Beare Green, Surrey, RH5 4RD

About Us

The Beare Green Community Association (BGCA) is believed to have been started by a group of like minded folk in 1968 when the only meeting place they had was a temporary building on a plot that was later earmarked for housing development.

Beare Green Community Association (BGCA) is run by a small group of trustees. It is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation that has its roots deep in the community for over 40 years.

The Constitution includes in the definition of their role "to advance education and provide facilities ... for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life ...". The rapid changes in the population and demographics of Beare Green created a situation where people didn't know each other and we try to address this by making everyone welcome.

The BGCA Trustees meet bi-monthly at the Village Hall and the MINUTES are available to view here. The meetings are open to any Beare Green residents who wish to attend.

If you would be interested in joining the BGCA Trustees please contact the Chairman listed in Contact.
